首先要看你去哪国读mba,因为不同国家不同学校也有不同。

那些非常牛的学校商学院,mba是一定需要工作经验的,没有工作经验还能被录取的那实在是少之又少(比如哈佛,它们收没有工作经验的,但每年才几个人被录取)。如果去一些一般一点的学校,多数都是不一定需要你有工作经验的,你有经验,自然最好,如果你没有,其它方面还不错,那它也会收你,交钱就行了。

但是从学习角度来讲,mba真的没什么东西可以学。如果你是没有工作经验的,学完了也不见得马上就当经理管理别人了,您还得从头做起,还因为您有个mba的帽子,单位会在给你多少薪水上比较犯愁,您是没有工作经验,可有mba,到底该按哪个条件给你薪水呢?如果你本来就是资深经理的话,那您学mba完全是为了个名字,戴个帽子,然后能爬得快薪水也涨的快就是了,说出去也有些底气,我是经理,我是mba,然而真正在m程上学到的东西大半还是不会被您用到日常管理工作当中去的,虽然m程近年来已经更像现实情况接近,但仍有大量的理论之谈,例子——

当然跟你的问题没什么关系.只不过想说说,工作经验实际上不是很重要,你有,自然好,增大你被好学校录取的机率,你没有,那也不一定差。

推荐信的情况一般都是让你写2-3封,所以教授和公司领导都可以写了。教授一篇,找老板写一篇然后直接管理的领导再写一篇,就比较牛了。

推荐信的基本构成要素除信头(学校信纸的信头或推荐人住址)、发信日期、收信人姓名、地址、称呼、信尾谦称、亲笔签名、推荐人姓名、职务等必要部份外,本文内容应包含下列各项:

I am writing this letter of recommendation for Mr.Caleb,my former student. I have known Mr. Caleb for more than 6 years since his freshman year at "University of Minnesota". At that time,he took the course-- "Mathematical Analysis," which I taught mainly for junior students majoring in Mathematics.

To my surprise,I found he was among the few students in his class who could keep up with the pace of my lectures. Moreover,he often posed thought-provoking questions during the course. Thus it was natural that I liked discussing with this young man and became familiar with him. The more I knew him, the more I found he was talented at mathematics. As you can see,he got excellent scores on the course.

In fact,he ranked No. 1 on this 270 hours course in the talented student class which has 34 intelligent others. With his outstanding talent and solid mathematical background,he also did quite well in most other courses during his undergraduate study. By the way,you may wonder why his undergraduate scores look not so good compared to other Chinese applicants. It is easy to explain,because he belonged to the talented student class,which were required to endure harder test papers and stricter grading than most other college students did at least at "University of Minnesota". He even served as Prof. Linda s Research Assistant for one year. No one could deny his commitment to his job.

As a matter of fact,Prof. Linda s electronic lab happened to be neighboring my office and I could always see him working in the lab,either repairing the instruments or helping Prof. Linda collect lab reports. Maybe one more example will demonstrate his commitment more clearly. Once he suggested compiling a FORTRAN program to solve a complicated circuit problem in his class. In order to do that,he had to do a lot of computer work. However,because there were few computers available in our computer lab,he had to wake up at 5 a.m. in winter (please note: "Twin city" is a downtown near the north border of China,so it is pretty cold in winter and the heating system is not working very well.) to ensure the 1st position of the long waiting line for his ctes and himself! At last he and his ctes finished the program successfully with his great efforts.

As to his personality,I would like to say Mr. Caleb is a warm-hearted, honest and upright student. He was always ready to help others. During my lectures,many students got confused at some points and I could always see Mr. Caleb help them explain during breaks. In the meanwhile,I must admit that Mr. Caleb was a bit impatient sometimes.

Finally,I would like to conclude my recommendation as follows: frankly,Mr. Caleb is not a genius,but I promise his great intelligence,commitment to work and his kind nature will impress you deeply. Wang is an impressive student because he has been forced to overcome the significant challenge of a serious illness during his freshman year. When I first met Wang in my Discrete Math class he did not appear to be anything special to me. While his exam scores were goodthey were not as high as I would now expect of him. What I didn't know then was that due to his illness Wang was attempting to take all of the difficult early mathematics courses at one timeincluding Discrete Mathematics Advanced Mathematics Linear Algebra and Possibilities. While most students found preparing for just one set of these exams difficult Wang was overwhelmed by four of them. But in the end he achieved an impressive score on the final exam which made me conscious of his unusual determination he demonstrates when confronting difficult challenges.

Mr. Wang and I have often talked about a variety of mathematics and computer science concepts and problems. During these discussions I always found him to be delightfully intelligent. Not only does he quickly understand the concepts and problems presented to him he is able to yze these problems and present solutions. But perhaps most important is that Wang's thinking is intensely rigorous. When looking at any question he carefully scrutinizes it and if he finds any uncertain issues he clears them up immediately. I believe this kind of thought is essential to become an excellent computer programmer.

Serving as his thesis advisorI had a first-hand opportunity to observe the way in which Wang's mind works. In his senor thesis Mr. Wang mainly discussed two challenging questions in regards to″ANN″. In our books in China knowledge of ANN and its uses are very rare. Few people in China have studied this topic and consequently the materials that are available on ANN are limited. Working on this difficult project not only did Mr. Wang rise to the challenge but he went above and beyond the call of duty to yze his secondary sources and test them for accuracy in practice. In this wayhe found mistakes in the book that we use. His diligence and hard work made me extremely proud of him.

Mr. Wang is an intelligent motivated and industrious individual. Teaching and advising him has been a delightful pleasure. I know that if given the chance to study abroad in America he will arm himself to become a great programmer he dreams of being. He has the intelligence and background to achieve these goals – now all he needs is the opportunity. 留学美国推荐信 篇八

没有正确地选择推荐者。作为推荐者一般应该具备如下几个条件。一是必须要有比被推荐者更高职位或更多的学识,这样才有能力和资格来评判被推荐者。另外一个必不可少的条件是,推荐者必须有机会了解被推荐者。所以合适的推荐人应该是教过你或指导过你的教授,或者是工作单位中的顶头上司。

写作时马虎和草率。许多申请者一口气给自己写三封推荐信(一般要求是三封),然后让三个教授签字。这样,不仅内容相同、语气类似,用词也差不多,甚至语法和拼写错误也一模一样,更有甚者,打印的字体也是分毫不差。这是极为不可取的。

三、推荐信提交方法

Tip1、纸推还是网推不是由申请者自行选择一种方式来完成,而是看学校的要求。现在绝大多数学校都采用网上提交推荐信的这种方便快捷的提交方式,有利于加快材料的审核。极个别排名相对靠后的学校要求申请者将纸质的推荐信邮寄到学校制定的接收地址。当然还有一种情况,就是当你网推这种方式因为某些未知原因而无法完成时,学校给出的解决办法一般有两种,一种是将推荐信发到指定邮箱;另一种就是把纸质推荐信邮寄到给定的地址。

Tip2、在网上提交某一个推荐人的推荐信之前,准备三件事:一把推荐人的相关信息的英文,包括其姓名、头衔、职务、工作单位及地址(包括邮编),与申请者关系,认识时间等准备在word文档里;二是分别准备一份PDF版和word版的该推荐人的推荐信(打印在带有推荐人工作单位抬头的空白信纸,并有推荐人手签的是比较正式并容易被认可的),并把PDF版的推荐信放在电脑桌面(不同的三封推荐信命名上要有所区分);三是找一台没有设置用户名的电脑使用,三个不同的推荐人使用不同的IP地址来登陆提交,尽量避免在提交申请的电脑上提交推荐信。

Tip3、网推中对于申请者各方面能力或素质的评估要根据推荐信中对申请者相关能力的推荐,两相结合来填写这个版块;推荐信中没有提及的其他能力的评价可以填的略低些或者无法评价;不要都是过分高的评分。

加拿大的留学推荐信 篇九

 一、推荐人

在写作之前要先找到合适的推荐人来写,如果申请到加拿大读书的还是在学校读书的学生,最好是找教学生专业课的老师、班主任或者是和你共同参与过活动的人,如果到加拿大读书的是已经毕业的或者是已经工作的,就可以找上属领导或者是指导你的论文的老师。应该是要熟悉申请者的学习或者工作的人来写,而且还要很清晰的知道学生到加拿大读书的目的以及在加拿大学习的目标是什么。

 二、内容

推荐信的内容应该要简短的并且是有很强的表达力的,一定要在内容里面加上详细的事实并且描述出来。在推荐信的开头一定要讲清推荐人和你的关系以及认识的程度。然后在介绍学生在学校的学习状况或者是工作的情况的时候,可以夸奖的地方一定要尽量的夸奖,但是内容不需要占很大的篇幅。在夸奖学生的时候一定要有详细的事例,不管是写什么夸奖的内容,不应该只写好,而是要写出是怎么好的以及如何好的,详细到是什么事情让推荐人觉得是值得夸奖的。推荐人可以从多个方面来写申请人的优势,这样就能够呈现出一个比较完整的自己。在结尾的地方可以强调一下学生是真的很优秀的,如果有什么问题可以及时联系推荐人。最后在填上老师的姓名、联系电话、地址和邮箱等等。

 三、注意事项

推荐信应该要尽快的起草,因为写信是需要花很长的时间来写的,要把充足的信息给到推荐人,要让他掌握到学生的各方面的优点,并且你要把申请的学校结束的日期告诉他,每封信描述的内容都应该是不一样的。对于其他文书中写过的信息就不需要在信中提到了,内容方面也可以提一些学生的缺点,能够让推荐信看起来是真实的,而且还能突出学生的特殊气质。
